Omni Technology Solutions is a consulting practice. This site exists so you can find out what we do and get in touch. We collect the minimum needed to reply to you, and nothing else.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. Contact on this site happens by email. There is no contact form. When you email us, we receive your email address, whatever you put in the message, and anything else you choose to include, such as your name or company.

We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this site. We do not build a profile of your browsing, and we do not track you across other websites.

Why we collect it

To read your inquiry and respond to it, and to keep a record of the conversation if it turns into an engagement. That's the whole purpose. We will not add you to a marketing list or send you unsolicited email because you contacted us.

Who else handles it

One service provider processes data on our behalf:

• Cloudflare: hosts this site. Like any web host, it processes standard server request data (such as IP address and browser type) to serve pages and protect against abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Email you send us is handled by our email provider in the ordinary course of receiving and storing mail. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond what's described here.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. Every asset on these pages, including the fonts, is served from this domain, so loading the site makes no requests to any third party.

How long we keep it

Inquiries that don't lead anywhere are removed periodically. Records relating to an actual engagement are kept for as long as the working relationship and our record-keeping obligations require. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your choices

Email us and we'll act on it. No form, no account required. You can ask us to:

• Tell you what we hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete it

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA. Whichever applies to you, the request process is the same: email us and we'll handle it.

Confidentiality in engagements

This policy covers this website. Client work is governed separately by the confidentiality agreement we put in place before any discovery work begins, which takes precedence for anything covered by it.

Children

This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
